We want you to be happy with your wig so please read these terms carefully. it is important that you understand everything before finalising your order. Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms below.
We advise you to update yourself with this page every time you order. This page is accurate as of March 2023.
For any information in regards to your hair, it can be found under the tab of your chosen wig. Please read the information carefully before finalising your order.
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition (Un-Opened) and packaging, and any shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

After you’ve placed your order you will be sent an email with your tracking number.
Orders made within the United Kingdom are free and usually take between 3-10 working days to be processed and another 24 hours to be delivered. We ship our products to over 250 different regions worldwide. Those countries include North America, Europe and Africa. The delivery time is 7-12 working days on average for International orders.
All our Azite wigs are custom-made to fit specifically so please allow a maximum of up to two weeks to process.

Ship your item back to us
Once you contact us to exchange the product we will send you the return address via email. We recommend that you return the wig with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns.
